Diffusers: Inhalation is one of the most popular and effective ways to use essential oils. There are all sorts of diffusers  you can add around six drops of essential oil to, to inhale the oil and spread the beautiful aroma throughout a room.

  • Steam:  Another method for inhalation is to add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, lean over the water and inhale.

Take precautions to ensure the bowl is not full of water, safely positioned and the water is not too hot.

  • Baths & Showers: Pop a few drops under running water for an aromatic bath or shower. Avoid using zesty, herbal or minty oils which may sting due to open pores.
  • On the go: You may want to inhale essential oils in bed, at work, during yoga, meditation and more.
